Kaberamaido District – Kaberamaido Primary School has registered 125 Candidates for primary Leaving Examination.
According to the headteacher Kaberamaido primary school Mr Simon Korum Eyoku said that out of the registered 125 candidates the are expecting 20 in Division O1 and others now will fall in division two and the will have 03 in division 03 following their performance of last year.
He said that last year the got only 11 in Grade one and 110 in Division O2 and O8 in Division O 3 out of the registered candidate 129 on one failed and their last year’s enrollment was 2091 and boys were 987 and girls were 1103.
Eyoku added that the teachers have done their best to these candidates where the are expecting some thing next year in early January 2025 and as per now the doing revisions and doing test.
He than call upon the parents to play their role off providing them with enough materials for their studies and should also provide them with midday meals because most children stay at school empty stomach until the time of going back home.
He then said that the are facing the challenge of parents are not responding to the school payment in time because most the parents who pays school are farmers where by when the season is not ok it affects the payment.
He then said he hopes second season while be ok because the rains have came at the right time next months he hopes parents will pay their out standing balances to zero for third team.
According to the director of studies Mr Elutu Felix said that the have done what is possible to make these candidates to pass in Division O1 30 of them at the moment the are done with very thing necessary for them to pass the examination
Kaberamaido Primary School is model in Kaberamaido District via performance and these year the expect more in Grade one because of the perfomance.
