Agirigiroi Parish, Arapai Sub-county – Bob Owiny, the Aspirant for the Soroti LC5 seat, led an empowering initiative today in Agirigiroi parish, aimed at supporting women’s groups in line with the National Resistance Movement’s (NRM) focus on household income improvement. Owiny’s initiative encouraged women to embrace the Parish Development Model (PDM) as a tool to fight poverty and uplift their livelihoods.
The women in Agirigiroi were presented with essential household items such as plates, cups, and dishes, symbolizing Owiny’s commitment to improving household welfare.
