SERERE: AIDO Royal delegation donated 100 Zinc roofing sheets to Olio Primary school in Serere during the recent visit of the Diaspora Royal delegation to the District.
The delegation visited the school recently and were touched by the state of the school. The royal delegation led by Queen Mother Prof. ChenziRa Davis-Kahina from the Virgin islands of America donated one hundred iron sheets enough to complete two classroom blocks.
“The administration is honored to name this building after you Queen Mother Dr. ChenziRa Davies Kahina , in recognition of your support towards this school” said the global president of AIDO Network and also an Old student of Olio primary school.
H.H Eganda for a long time has stood in solidarity with his former school, helping them in renovating the once delapidated teacher’s quarters and connecting electricity to the school.
The royals charmed by the pupils’ moving performances donated school supplies and engaged in mental quiz with the students.
Chief Arley Salimbi Gill from Grenada later donated two brand-new soccer balls and a trophy dedicated to the memory of the late Toto Topista Acom the mother of the global president of AIDO Network International.
