He emphasized to all the Christians from different walks of life to adopt a culture of giving back to God
as a way of thanks giving for the life and other material properties God has availed them with.

“participating in such activities that please God opens our financial breakthrough as we aspire to live a better life”, he said.

George William Okwi chairperson construction committee, commended Otuko for being a
dedicated servant of God and being mindful of the people, Okwi revealed that Otuko has been
with them right from the breaking of the ground for the construction of the church and he has been at the fore front in mobilizing resources for it’s construction.

Philomina Akiror 79years a staunch catholic and a Christian of St Anthony catholic church could not swallow her joy, as she wished Otuko well in his endeavors.

“before the construction of the church we used to have prayers under the trees and when rains come that could mark the end of the prayers. now that, we are moving to the new building prayers can fully move on that’s why i am very glad to God for availing us a son (Otuko) who has been with us right from the beginning of the construction,” she said.

Julius Otim 34, a catechist at St Anthony Catholic Church said he was very excited for the new
development and thanked all the Christians, he asked them to always remember people who stood with them during their time of need he especially asked them to remember Augustine Otuko in their prayers who has been of help to them during the construction of the church.
