The incident occurred at approximately 1:00 PM. Police have arrived at the scene and investigations are ongoing. By Patriot corps Police in Kiboga have arrested Bukenya Rashid, a 25-year-old nursing student, in connection with multiple kidnappings in the district. Rashid was apprehended on October 16, 2024, and during interrogation, admitted his involvement in two separate kidnappings that took place on October 5 and 12, 2024. The victims, a 4-year-old and a 3-year-old child, were abducted on the respective dates. In both instances, ransoms of 300,000 UGX and 400,000 UGX were demanded from the families.
