Exhibiting astute leadership and determination, Calvin Echodu has delivered on his promises to the people of Arapai.
This week, Echodu fulfilled his commitment by disbursing 30 million Uganda shillings to various groups he had met earlier, marking the beginning of a significant developmental initiative in Soroti City West.
Echodu, known for his bold political moves, had recently quashed rumors about his personal life in a rousing gathering, showcasing strength and unity alongside his wife and child.His wife, a cynosure of public-spiritedness, had led a punctilioustraining session on financial empowerment, followed by donations to several women groups.
True to his word, Echodu’s recent actions have drawn blue bold pen clear dedication to tangible support and pragmatic action.
“I am here to serve with deeds, not mere rhetoric,” he declared, and his actions have proven this.
The funds have been allocated primarily to women groups, village health teams, and local councils, with a promise that youth, men, the disabled, and marginalized groups will also benefit in subsequent phases.
In a phone interview during press time, Calvin Echodu emphasized his broader vision: “It’s time to get the people of Soroti West and Teso at large moving towards development. This is just the beginning for Soroti City West , and each ward will receive this fund.”
