In a display of dedication and efficiency, Calvin Echodu, the NRM flag bearer for Soroti City West, has addressed a long-standing issue affecting the road connecting Mugana- Amoru ward to Hursey Resort and the main road in Soroti City West.
Known for his humility and swift action, Echodu responded to concerns raised by the LC1 and local residents about the road’s deteriorated condition, which had severely hindered community mobility, especially during the rainy season.
Recognizing the urgency of the situation, Echodu immediately mobilized resources to commence repairs. The once impassable road is now undergoing significant improvements, bringing much-needed relief to the local populace.
Residents of Mugana and surrounding areas have expressed their gratitude and joy, singing praises for Echodu’s prompt intervention.
In a phone interview with this publication, Calvin Echodu emphasized his commitment to serving the people, stating, “My work is for the people, and if asked or requested, I will always help.”
As he campaigns for the upcoming elections, Echodu remains focused on his goal, declaring, “Lolo ana parliament is the goal,” reflecting his aspiration to make a meaningful impact in the legislative arena.
