Soroti District;In an effort to uplift academic standards in schools across the Teso subregion, Stephen Ejoku, the CEO of Ejoku Foundation and hopeful incoming LCV for Soroti District under the NRM ticket, has urged communities to prioritize parental responsibilities. Ejoku made this call during his inauguration speech at Greenland Nursery and Primary School in Dakabela County, Soroti District.
The occasion was marked by a celebratory event for Daglas Nadome, a pupil in the P3 class, who turned nine years old. Ejoku took the opportunity to address the pressing issue of child neglect among parents, particularly in the provision of scholastic materials and overall parental engagement.
