Kaberamaido- The office of the prime minister has donated 200 Iron sheets to St. Thomas Secondary school in Kaberamaido district.
Dr. Kenneth Ongalo Obote the Teso affairs Minister while handling over the iron sheets to the school through as represented by the Residents District Commissioner, pronounced governments commitment of ensuring quality education for all citizens.

The headteacher st Thomas Girls Secondary school Mr.Patrick Eunyu in his remarks applauded the office of the Prime Minister and Kaberamaido District local Government for investing in their school.
“This will now accelerate our the school to better performance since structures has been thye major problem faced by the school entirely”, he said.
Adding,”The School has been faced with inadequate classrooms however, these three classroom block under construction will help to absorb the overwhelming population”.
The chief Administrative officer Kaberamaido District local Government Mr. Stephen kadha warned the school administrators against diverting the iron sheets for another purposes since the iron sheets donated to the school were meant for the roofing of the three classrooms block currently under completion.

He then requested the senior four students to be calm when sitting their final examinations and cautioned them against exam malpractices.
Meanwhile the chairperson Kaberamaido District local Government victor Rex’s Ekesu applauded the students for their consistent discipline.
St Thomas Girls Secondary school has the total enrollment of 300 students from O level to A level and the only single girls school in the district.
