Government officials, led by Honourable Minister Onek Hillary Obaloker and RDC Osborn Ocheng, alongside local leaders, convened today at the Lagada Bridge to inspect the ongoing construction progress. With an investment of 2.9 billion, the government has been steadfast in ensuring the completion of this vital infrastructure project
During the inspection, Minister Onek Hillary Obaloker commended the efforts put forth, noting that the bridge’s construction stands at an impressive 80% completion rate. He expressed gratitude to the government for its commitment to enhancing Uganda’s infrastructure, particularly in remote areas like Lamwo.
RDC Osborn Ocheng echoed Minister Obaloker’s sentiments, praising the current government for its prioritization of projects aimed at benefiting local communities. The visit not only reaffirmed the government’s dedication to improving transportation and connectivity but also underscored its unwavering support for the development of Lamwo and its surrounding areas.
