Kotido, Uganda – The AIGP Cup tournament came to a thrilling conclusion today 1st Dec 2024 as Kaabong Central Police Station defeated Kotido Central Police Station 2-0 in the final match.
The two-day tournament, which was held in Kotido, brought together police stations from Kotido, Kaabong, Abim, and Karenga districts.
Kaabong Central Police Station dominated the match from start to finish, with their strikers scoring two impressive goals. The Kotido Central Police Station team put up a good fight, but ultimately couldn’t match the skill and determination of their opponents.
The victory was met with jubilation from the Kaabong Central Police Station team and their supporters. longole Paul one among the kaabonh fans praised his teammates for their hard work and dedication.

The AIGP Cup tournament is an annual event that aims to promote unity and camaraderie among police stations in the Kidepo region. This year’s tournament was a huge success, with all participating teams showing great sportsmanship and teamwork.
The winner will now represent Kidepo Region during the inter region league.
