His Highness Papa Paul Sande Emolot Etomeileng, the paramount chief of Iteso cultural Union travelled to the United Arab Emirates just a few days after the Ateker Re- Union festival to hunt opportunities for his subordinates.
The Visit according to the Deputy Information Minister Mr. Ojacor Stephen was aimed at holding the bilateral discussions on key areas, including employment, Agriculture, Tourism, infrastructure, Education, Health, trade and industry.
“accompanied by the ICU ambassador to South Africa, Amb. David Emoot, ICU advisor on youth Affairs, Mr. Simon Ojaman, and three princesses, Papa Emorimor on Monday 1st December, travelled to the UAE to attend the “Eboo” festival 2024, a cultural event organized by the Iteso community in Dubai”, Ojacor mentioned.
The delegation also engaged with prominent government leaders of United Arab Emirates, business personalities in the UAE, leading to significant commitments to the Iteso Palace, (Ere Iteso) initiative.
“The outcomes of these discussions hold great promise for strengthening cultural ties and fostering development within the Iteso community”, he added.
