Kotido – The site for the upgrade of Kacheri Health Center III to IV has been officially handed over to Magron Investment Ltd, the contracted company, marking a significant milestone in the improvement of healthcare services in the region. The project, valued at 4.3 billion shillings, is expected to greatly enhance the quality of healthcare services available to the local community.
The upgraded health center will feature several new facilities, including an Outpatient Department (OPD), a theatre for surgical operations, and a maternity ward. These additions are expected to greatly enhance the quality of healthcare services available to the local community.
The upgrade of Kacheri Health Center III to Health Center IV is a welcome development for the people of Kotido, who will now have access to more comprehensive healthcare services. The project is expected to be completed soon, and the community is eagerly awaiting the improved healthcare facilities.
LCV Lotee Paul Komol aka Kacheri Boy Hustler 001 the District Chairperson of Kotido Local Government, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the President of Uganda and the entire NRM leadership for this significant investment in the health sector. “This development shall provide and offer the much-needed health services to the NRM children and the health conditions of the NRM children shall be greatly improved,” he said.
