A Karamojong has been arrested with 48 cows in Okulunyo,Katakwi, Napak District border. Simon Angela who has been grazing sheep in Ojulas home Apuuton Village Aliakameri parish was found with the herds of cattle heading to Napak today’s morning at 11am and confessed stealing them last night with his team that has since fled. Emmanuel Malinga from Aliakamer who had lost his 3 bulls has been able to identify them among the herd.”am happy i have got my bulls, what would i use for farming that the rainy season has come.” said Malinga. Geoffrey Omolo the LcV Katakwi district has called for calm as the soldiers have driven the cows to Okulonyo Army Detach. The RDC Godfrey Katamba did not answer out repeated calls for a comment.
