Katto Gabriel is vying for the position of Member of Parliament for Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) under the National Resistance Movement (NRM) party for the 2026–2031 term. With a strong commitment to promoting the rights and welfare of PWDs, Gabriel’s candidacy reflects the NRM’s emphasis on development and inclusion.
