Soroti, Uganda- Since its establishment in 2023 by Pastor Emanu Georwell, Miraculous Synagogue Ministries has rapidly become a beacon of hope, healing, and spiritual empowerment in Teso and beyond. This Pentecostal movement, driven by the fire of the Holy Spirit, is dedicated to guiding Christians toward living by ancient biblical principles, with a strong focus on healing and deliverance.
Pastor Emanu founded the ministry with a clear mission: to preach the word of God not through human wisdom or theological manipulation, but by the power of the Holy Spirit. Citing Apostle Paul in 1 Corinthians 2:4-5, Pastor Emanu emphasizes that his ministry is defined by demonstrations of the Spirit’s power, ensuring that the faith of believers is rooted in God’s strength rather than human rhetoric.
Under his leadership, Miraculous Synagogue Ministries has quickly gained a reputation for its miraculous healings and powerful deliverances. The ministry’s services are marked by the tangible presence of God, with countless testimonies of restored sanity, deliverance from spiritual oppression, and numerous other miracles. Pastor Emanu credits these divine manifestations to God’s grace and a life lived in His presence.
With its main branch at Tedwills Bravo Guest House, Nakatunya Lira Road, Soroti City, the ministry has expanded to Kampala, Fort Portal, and Mombasa, Kenya. Beyond spiritual healing, Pastor Emanu is committed to empowering the community. He is currently establishing a skilling school for women in Teso, providing training in tailoring, hairdressing, shoemaking, and more, free of charge to church members.
Pastor Emanu, also a farmer with over 11,000 beehives in Amuria, brings a unique blend of spiritual and practical leadership to the ministry. His efforts continue to make a profound impact, bringing hope and transformation to many in Teso and beyond.
