The Resident District Commissioner (RDC) of Pakwach, Mr. Paul Eseru, alongside all security teams in the district, extends heartfelt wishes to the residents of Pakwach and Uganda at large as they commemorate Uganda Martyrs’ Day.
In his message, RDC Eseru urged the community to remain vigilant, emphasizing that not everyone is pleased with the peace and calm currently enjoyed in the region. He called on locals to report any suspicious activities to maintain the safety and stability of Pakwach.
Additionally, Eseru encouraged residents to prioritize education, urging parents and guardians to ensure that school-going children attend classes regularly and punctually. “The future of our children and our country depends on their education,” he stated.
As the community celebrates this significant day, the RDC’s message serves as a reminder of the importance of vigilance and the critical role of education in shaping a prosperous future for Uganda
