Kaberamaido District – Police in Kaberamaido Central police station are looking for a teacher at kamuk parents primary school,who defiled a pupil of 15 yrs old.
According to the District police Commander SP David Otabong confirmed the detentions of the mother and the bother of the victim for procuring defilement.Akeso Betty aged 49,Abedi village, Kaberamaido,sub county,Kaberamaido District and Osuje Abel the prime suspect aged 36,Abedi village, Kaberamaido sub county, Kaberamaido District where arrested on Tuesday 8,2024.
He said that in the statement written by the headteacher of kamuk parents primary school and he is the one who reported the case to police by Mr.ATAWO JESOPHÂ 49 yrs old headteacher kamuk parents primary school in Kaberamaido District.
It is alleged that Mr Ogira Thomas has for long time been sexually using defiling the victim un noticed by the school Administration,the could always lure the victim to his house for purpose of sexually exploring her. However,even the best laver with at one time this time round.On the 18/Sept/2024Ogira Thomas the teacher ( Suspect) Lured the pupil ( victim) to his resident.As usual he sexually defiled the p.6 pupil for some hours,however,in this process of getting out the resident,he was sighted moving out of his house with the pupil by the headteacher and teaching staff together with some pupil filed with quilty ,the suspect and the victim flee the scene discovery later came back and she was led to Kaberamaido Central police station for statement recording by the headteacher
The case has been registered at Kaberamaido Central police station under CRB 293/2024 Defilement the victim is primary six aged 15 yrs.
DPC said that when the filed ready for sanctioned by the state the will bee produced in court of law to answer charges of Defilement and these will sound warnings to parents who likes procuring defilement of their young children
