The Commercial Officer for Terego District, Mr Enima Appolonius was picked by police on directives of State Minister for Northern Uganda, Hon Grace Freedom Kwiyicwinyi over his failure to account for Parish Development Module (PDM) money and the number of beneficiaries in the district.
This fate befell him during a community engagement Baraza organized by Office of the Prime Minister (OPM) which took on Friday 2-February-2024, in Otuombari SS Village, Otuombari Parish in Odupi Sub-county, Terego East Constituency in Terego District.

The councilor representing Omugo in the district council Hon Ezama James Nadua who also doubles as the Secretary for Works and Technical services expressed his happiness for the Baraza being held in Terego District.
He castigated the Commercial Officer for taking things for as a joke.

The State Minister for Land, Housing and Urban development, Hon Obiga Mario Kania who is also the area MP for Terego East constituency wondered why would some technical officials just show up with incomplete and verbal reports.

Guest of Honor for the Baraza, Hon Grace Freedom Kwiyucwinyi who is the State Minister for Northern Uganda, tasked the embattled Commercial Officer Mr Enima Appolonius to also produce the details of groups and members who benefited from Emyooga project in Terego District.
