The teachers, Joseph Odoch and Denis Obonyo, were taken into custody on Thursday morning under the directive of the school headteacher Charles Obwoch. Obwoch said that on Wednesday, he confirmed the two teachers brought alcohol and other drugs to school and influemced other staff to consume. Gulu: The Acholi Paramount Chief, Rwot David Onen Acana II, has threatened to walk to Apaa protesting the recent killings and long suffering of the Apaa community.
