The seven animals are part of the 10 which were stolen by the suspected rustlers in the three sub-counties of Ngariam, Magoro and Guyaguya sub-counties in Katakwi district. Rtd Maj. The Deputy Vice Chancellor for finance and administration at Kyambogo University, Dr Lawrence Eron, has been charged with aggravated defilement by the Directorate of Public Prosecutions (DPP). The charges state that on October 12, 2023, in the Wakiso district, Eron committed the offense against a 16-year-old girl who is visually handicapped.
