The Iteso Cultural Union (ICU) Prime Minister, Vanasio Vance Omome Akipiileng, has tendered his resignation just a few month to the expected reshuffle announcement by the Paramount Chief Paul Sande Emolot Etomeileng. The high HIV/AIDS prevalence rate among adolescents is coupled with low levels of viral load suppression among HIV-infected young persons. The Katakwi District Health Officer (DHO).
