The sacrament, the second in Christian faith that strengthens one as a Christian, was administered by the Anglican Bishop of Soroti Diocese, Rt. Rev. Capt. The pronouncement by Soroti City council comes at a dramatic time when public has been having mixed reactions on rumors that earlier on circulated with claims that former aspirant for Soroti City West Division MP, Calvin Ecodu had grabbed the golf course land belonging to the public. SOROTI: Following the recent pronouncement by the head of state President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni to Privatize the Teso Fruit Processing plant based in Soroti City has sparked reactions from various people of Teso including a section of legislators hailing from the region. By Emmanuel Eumu Mbale- The government of Uganda through the ministry of public service has increased salaries of Parish chiefs and town agents across the country as a way of running parish Development Model program well.
