  Residents of Arute Village, Arute parish in Abarilela Sub – County of Amuria district are living in shock after a woman committed suicide by hanging. Police in Kapelebyong district have arrested the boyfriend who allegedly murdered a senior three student of Homeward Secondary School in Serere district.
